How does the chatbot work?
Our handy chatbot uses AI technology to provide you with the answers and support you need, to the best of its ability. Upon being asked a question the chatbot will analyse the question and draw on its database of information to formulate the best possible answer. If you need further clarification, simply ask the bot what else you wish to know.
In the event our chatbot cannot answer a particular question, you can escalate your question to one of our team members via the chat by clicking on the “speak to an agent” button. While the chatbot will operate 24/7, our team members will remain available during our current Monday – Friday live chat hours.
How do I use/communicate with the chatbot?
The quality of the answer depends on the quality of the question. The same is true between people: the more general a question, the less specific the answer. On the other hand, a very specific question usually leads to a clear and precise answer.
